The Route

This was the 4,230 mile (6,800 Kilometers) Dream & Declare Trans America Bicycle Route I completed. It was an unsupported trip (no support vehicle) which means everything I needed I carried on my bike. It was a solo trip. See List of Gear here

This is the bicycle I used with full gear - about 61 lbs of gear. It is a 2018 TREK 520 — Made in the USA. They have been making bicycles since the 70's. Go to TREK site here
